Review: Collection 2000 Waterproof Skyscraper Mascara!

Hey everyone!
Still recovering today, so i'll leave you all with a review of a recently bought product since i'm sure my readers are lovely and I don't want to frighten them with my ill face!
Anyway, to the post:

Appearance + packaging
This mascara comes in a very nice and interesting square-ish tube with a cute and simple design on the front. I find it to be secure and easy to store (i've lost many a mascara by them rolling away) Can't really fault it,if i'm honest.
The wand has two sides: long bristles, and short bristles.

Collection 2000 claim...
*Super lengthening, 100% waterproof formula.
*The longer bristles on the brush coat your lashes from root to tip to deliver sky-high length.
*The short bristles coat even the cutest of lashes and builds volume from the roots to give precise definition.

Price
I actually purchased this for £1 at my local Poundland! I have seen many a great high quality product from a well known brand appear in the store, usually because the product has been discontinued, but I think in this case, it may be because Collection 2000 is now known simply as Collection. If there is a Poundland near you, I highly suggest you check out the cosmetics section, earlier in the week I saw products by Revlon, Rimmel, and even Stila!

My opinion
Before: Very short stumpy lashes!
After: Much more defined, lengthened and seperated!

I personally love this mascara. The design of the brush made it so that it was perfect to get every single lash coated, and the smaller bristles enabled me to get right into the hard to reach places, particularly my bottom lashes, without getting any of the product on my face. Plus, for £1, it's pretty great value!

Waterproofing test!

I work with a local drama group and am able to cry on cue, so I started the crocodile tears and this was the result:
No smudging at all! There was some slight clumping after the lashes got very wet, but nothing too extreme.

Pros
*It only cost me £1
*Lived up to it's claims of being waterproof
*Seperates, defines and lengthens
*Great consistency of product
*Secure packaging and easy to store

Cons
*Didn't do too much for thickening lashes (not so much a con for me, as it just means it'll be a great daytime mascara)
*Dries very fast which may make it difficult if you can't work fast with applying more coats
*A massive pain to remove!
