Today I went through a minor but painful procedure at hospital (boo!) so i'm taking it easy for a day or two, starting with a quick and easy show and tell of my 3 favourite lipsticks. :)

For those of you who have read my blog before, you know I love MUA and rave about their products regularly. They have a large range of lipsticks, but these 2 are by far my favourites from the brand.
MUA shades 7&13
On the left is shade 7, which is a gorgeous peachy pink, and on the right is shade 13, which is a vibrant red with blue undertones, making both lipsticks perfect for cool skin undertones.
Both have a subtle shimmer and feel incredibly moisturising. And for some reason, I really love the smell of MUA lipsticks!
They both have incredible pigmentation, as with most products in the range, and I have found that the longevity to be impressive.
They can be bought in store from Superdrug or online at http://www.muastore.co.uk/. Don't worry if you're not from the UK as i'm pretty sure they ship internationally, and for £1 each, you can't really go wrong!

MAC in "Please Me"
I love MAC's range of lipsticks, but find them very pricey for my budget, retailing at £14 each. After loads of contemplating, I finally picked one up to give it a go.
This is a rosy pink with a matte finish, meaning no shimmer or shine, so if you're not a matte lipstick fan, i'd avoid this or apply balm/gloss on top.
It's very pigmented with long staying power, and unlike most matte lipsticks, it doesn't dry out lips.
In short, this lipstick is a fab, and if it weren't so out of my budget, I would definately expand on my MAC lipstick collection!
